6. Cenote Ik-Kil, Mexico

The cenote which is open to the sky is about 60m (200ft) in diameter and 40m (130ft) in depth. The water level of this is about 26m (85ft) below the ground level and we could see a carved stairway down to a swimming platform.
Moreover, we could see a lot of vines reaching forming small waterfalls too. In addition we could see black cat fish too. It is believed that Cenote Ik Kil which has been used for relaxation and ritual services in the past is sacred to the Mayans.

Smoo cave is one of the most interesting caves in Scotland. And also it’s the largest cave in Britain. Smoo means an area or a hole where you can hide.
8. Black Canyon of the Colorado, Arizona

This canyon of the Colorado River is located in between Arizona and Nevada. As per the scientists, it appeared around 15 million years ago. This has been named after the black volcanic rocks in the area.

Known to be one of the most secret and unique locations, this place has the ruins of San Ignacio Miní which is a 17th-century Jesuit mission complex. The ruins of a school, dormitories, a hospital and a stone church with a wooden interior can be seen. The complex had survived about 200 years, before the natives destroyed it.
15. Mount Edith Cavell, Canada

Named after Edith Cavell, an English nurse in 1916, the mountain has wonderful alpine meadows, fragrant subalpine forest, and a marvelous view of the Angel Glacier in the Cavell area. Edith Cavell, the nurse, was executed by German soldiers during World War I because she was helping Allied soldiers flee occupied Belgium to the Netherlands.
