My dad demanded i give one of my newborn triplets to my brother

“What’s the emergency?!” the lead nurse demanded, taking in the scene.

Maya, shaking uncontrollably on the edge of her bed, pointed at her father.

“He took my newborn baby out of his bassinet after I repeatedly told him no. He tried to hand him over to my sister-in-law, and he struck me when I tried to get my child back.”

Richard’s mouth opened in shock. “That’s a complete lie! It was a misunderstanding!”

But the lead nurse was already keying her walkie-talkie. “Security, we have an attempted infant abduction and physical assault in Room 412. Dispatch local law enforcement immediately.”

As the security guards moved to block Richard and Eleanor from leaving, Maya realized that for the first time in her life, her father wasn’t going to be able to talk his way out of something by claiming it was just a “private family matter.”

Yet nobody in that room realized the dark truth Jessica was about to confess before the night was over.

And when Maya finally learned the truth, she would realize their plan to take her baby hadn’t started in the delivery room—it had been set in motion long before she ever went into labor.

Part 3
Within minutes, the hospital room was crawling with security personnel and Austin Police officers.

A guard stood directly beside Richard, barring him from moving. A social worker guided Eleanor and Jessica to the chairs along the wall, ordering them to remain seated while a nurse examined Maya and carefully checked all three triplets to ensure they hadn’t suffered any harm.

“This is an absolute farce!” Richard boomed, trying to project his usual authority. “I am her father!”

Maya looked at him from her bed, her voice cold as ice. “And that is my son. Being my biological father doesn’t give you the legal or moral right to touch my children when I explicitly tell you no.”

Richard desperately tried to spin the narrative to the responding officers. He claimed he was merely a proud grandfather holding his new grandson. He insisted Maya was suffering from severe postpartum delirium brought on by her emergency surgery.

So Maya laid out the full, unvarnished truth.

She explained how her family had arrived at the hospital with the explicit demand that she hand over one of her triplets to Daniel and Jessica.

She detailed how she had refused multiple times.

She recounted how Jessica had hovered over the crib, how Richard had physically lifted the baby out of the bassinet, and how he had struck her when she tried to protect her child.

When the police asked where her brother Daniel was, Maya looked the officer in the eye. “He fled the building the moment I pressed the nurse call button.”
